Shannon Lipp is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she majored in Psychology. She received her Masters of Science Degree in Finance from Walsh College. With over 15 years of progressive sales and sales training experience, she began her career in the Financial Services industry by becoming a financial consultant in 2002. In 2015, she became President and Owner of Sadler Training. Shannon is skilled in helping organizations and individuals break through barriers to achieve growth and greater sales revenue goals. She is knowledgeable in creating long lasting performance improvement through proven sales processes and effective methodologies.
