Workspace Solutions Manager - Commercial Furniture Sales

The Workspace Solutions Manager is responsible for the success of our clients. In this role, you will prospect and qualify new businesses, engage potential clients in person, over email and by phone as you manage a sales funnel from lead generation to closure. You will leverage your creativity and office interior experience to consult clients on incentive design, consumer engagement, and other client goals.

Prior experience in the office furniture market, interior design, furniture, copiers, flooring, and commercial sales of tile, carpet, or blended solutions preferred.

Key responsibilities include:


• Strategic relationship development
• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Exceeding sales goals and meeting business objectives
• Executing and leading the sales process from lead acceptance to close of sale
• Creating business forecasts
• Developing and managing new industry relationships
• Collaborating with leadership and internal partners to develop and execute business plans
• ERP/ CRM data management, updating, and analysis

Desired Qualifications:
• Knowhow

o Accomplished and well versed in the office interiors. Experience in interior design, fashion, retail, real estate, or similar, a plus.
o Experience developing relationships with Owners, C-Level executives, Finance, Facilities Management, and human resource executives, within companies of all sizes
o Good knowledge of commercial interiors and office furniture
o Process quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently
o Participate in programming activities with in-house designers and clients to understand office furniture needs and considerations
o Work in conjunction with in-house designers toward the successful execution of interiors projects to meet client’s functional, aesthetic and budgetary need
