Allstate Owner Ray Moulden appointed to MAIPF Board of Governors

Moulden is a 30-year veteran of marketing and sales

June 26, 2020 – Oak Park, MI – The Moulden Allstate Insurance Agency is proud to announce that its Owner, Ray Moulden, has been appointed to the Michigan Automobile Insurance Placement Facility (MAIPF) Board of Governors, effective June 12, 2020.

The MAIPF is an organization designed to provide auto insurance for all companies and individuals. Ray will serve as the Producer Member, which enables him to be one of the few board members who writes policies. He was selected for this position by the Director of the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services.

“This is a chance to influence policies and regulations that will directly affect and supports my community and my policy holders,” said Ray.

Ray brings over 30 years of marketing, sales, and leadership expertise to the MAIPF. Most recently, he became a licensed Allstate Owner/Insurance Agent in 2013. He immediately experienced success, being named a top producer for business and personal insurance sales in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. In March 2015, Ray was chosen as the featured expert on Fox 2’s weekly financial segment “Money Monday” as a professional advisor on the topic of cutting insurance cost.

Ray is the board president of the National Entrepreneurs Association’s Michigan chapter and serves on the Corridor Improvement Authority Board for the City of Oak Park, MI. He is involved with numerous other civic and charity organizations such as the South Oakland YMCA, Detroit Regional Chamber, Detroit Metro Visitors and Bureau, Southfield Chamber, and Jewish Vocational Services.
