GiGi's Playhouse - 5K, 1-mile walk, and Dash for Down syndrome

Join GiGi’s Playhouse Detroit on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Bicentennial Park in Livonia for our 5K and Dash for Down Syndrome! This inclusive community celebration will feature a timed 5K, a one-mile Inspirational Walk, the Dash for Down Syndrome, a car show, wellness fair, and Sports Zone featuring Detroit-area teams and special guests. The event runs from 8:00 a.m. to noon, with the 5K beginning at 9:00 a.m. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. Every step helps GiGi’s Playhouse Detroit provide free educational, therapeutic, career-development, fitness, and social programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
