About

Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, Tracey Sanders is a wellness entrepreneur and corporate wellbeing advocate with a B.A. in Marketing from Oakland University and a Health & Wellness certification from Cornell University. She also serves on the advisory boards of Dorsey College and Paul Mitchell Beauty School, where she mentors the next generation of service professionals.

Ahead of the modern wellness movement, Tracey built her career on a simple but powerful premise: wellbeing should be accessible, convenient, and integrated into everyday life. In 2010, she founded Lavender Mobile Spa, pioneering a model that delivers on-site wellness services directly to workplaces, homes, and hospitality environments. What began as a mobile spa concept has evolved into a corporate wellness solution designed to reduce stress, increase morale, and support employee retention.

Today, Lavender partners with Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, and organizations across multiple markets, providing services such as chair massage, mindfulness-based relaxation, and recovery experiences that meet employees where they are. With operations in Detroit, Dallas, Phoenix, Houston, and Austin, the company plays a critical role in helping organizations address burnout and improve workplace culture through intentional wellness programming.

A recipient of the 2022 WBENC Pitch Competition for the state of Michigan, Tracey continues to expand her impact. Alongside her daughter and business partner, she co-founded Revive Studio Suites, a Houston-based wellness hub that supports independent practitioners and fosters a collaborative ecosystem for holistic care.

Known for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to service, Tracey is a sought-after speaker on workplace wellness and entrepreneurship. Her work is rooted in a mission to reduce stress and elevate the wellbeing of today’s workforce—bringing practical, high-impact solutions to the environments where people need them most.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Tracey enjoys travel, unique culinary experiences, and crime podcasts. She is a devoted wife, mother, and mentor whose influence continues to shape both her community and the evolving landscape of corporate wellness.
