This panel goes beyond survival mode to unpack practical strategies for preparing Black-owned businesses to withstand economic shifts, access capital, scale sustainably, and recover from setbacks. 

Panelists will share real-world lessons on resilience—covering mindset, infrastructure, leadership, and community support—while highlighting tools and resources that help businesses stay “ready” in uncertain times. Whether you’re an early-stage entrepreneur or a seasoned business owner, this conversation offers actionable insights, honest reflections, and inspiration to help you build with intention, strength, and long-term vision.
