Friday, March 27, 2020 (12:00 PM - 12:45 PM) (EDT)

Description

Making Decisions Under Pressure

Especially in times of pressure, we value decisive action. What are the strategies for making the best decision when it all feels like chaos reigns? Let’s talk about directing the chaos, staying aware of decision traps, and being the leader we choose to be.

In this webinar, you will participate discussions and learn strategies in the following areas:

  • Recognize the energy you are bringing to decisions
  • Choose how to separate the noise from relevant information
  • Name and respond to emotions around difficult choices (yours and others)
  • Sketch alternative actions for a decision you face
