In this session, you will find out what it really means to adapt and gain a takeaway with the greatest cheat sheet sharing steps and resources to increase your adaptability and build your resilience while helping you get a handle on what’s in your control and what’s not. Dr. Esther Jackson is a Project Manager & Instructional Designer with a local consulting company. She is also a National Advisor for Chapters with the Association for Talent Development (ATD). At the local level of ATD, she currently serves as Past President for the ATD Detroit Chapter. Her background includes presenting webinars, facilitating workshops, and presenting at conferences such as the Training Magazine Conference & Expo and the ATD Chapter Leaders Conference along with writing articles for the TD Magazine. Topics for her presentations have included adaptability, change management, data analytics, emotional intelligence, engagement, leadership development, project management, and many more. She holds a doctorate in education from Walden University and a master’s in instructional technology.
